WEDF Talk // Morag Myerscough: Spaces to Places

  • Wednesday 25th April
  • Arnolfini, Bristol

Myerscough makes places from spaces that people like to be in, that stimulate and often makes you smile.

Morag is the creator of multi-award winning Studio Myerscough, she works way beyond the restrictions of 2‑D and creates and curates many different types of work. The eclectic breadth of work covers the conversion of a train to a café, numerous exhibitions and interpreting buildings for example Westminster Academy that was nominated for the Stirling Prize. She is currently working on projects for both the Design Museum and the new Tate Modern extension.

Book tickets online at Arnolfini’s website or call the box office on 0117 917 2300.

This evening’s talk will be an insight into Myerscough’s influences and inspirations, a look at projects past and present, global and local including recent work with KHBT architects in the new Finzels Reach’ complex, just around the corner from the Arnolfini.
